AIA 2013 National Convention and Expo in Denver, Colorado

NBK North America was an exhibitor at the AIA 2013 National Convention and Expo in Denver, Colorado, June 20-22, 2013. Exhibitors and attendees were welcomed to the Colorado Convention Center by its giant blue bear sculpture, which peered through the window from the outside at the people and activities within the facility. The NBK booth featured some of our latest products and projects; including:

• Vertical tile with a reduction-fired finish on the Statewide Library Archives Museum in Juneau, Alaska
• Our economy tile, TERRART-Light, and its related support system from Saint Francis Medical Center in Missouri
• Terracotta in precast application displayed in a graphic of the TERRART-Solid (precast) tile and construction photos of CityCenterDC Apartments
• Graphic of United States Courthouse, San Diego, California  – Architect: Richard Meier, TERRART-Large and TERRART-Baguette
• Graphic of Institute Pasteur, Lille, France – Architect: BFF Architects, LOOS, TERRART-Large and TERRART-Baguette

As always, the physical tile brought a lot of comments and questions, especially since this year our support systems with the tile attached were on display. We enjoyed meeting everyone who stopped by our booth and thank you for your interest in learning more about NBK Architectural Terracotta.
